1.The components of led floodlights are static sensitive. If the anti-static measures didn’t do well,
LED chip will burn out. Thus the life expectancy of LED will reduce.
2. The copper wire or the toughness of the circuit board also have an influence on its life expectancy led lights
3.The power supply is another factor. led floodlights generally adopt constant voltage power supply. That is to say, if the power output is unstable, or there is no surge protection, it will lead to led working in non-standard voltages.
This will also affect led's life.
4.As LED floodlight is constant current component, the effect of constant current produced by different led manufacturers is different too.
Therefore, the the life expectancy is also different.
