LED street lights have many advantages, the New York Syracuse approved LED street light plan

According to foreign media reports, Syracuse officials in New York State approved the cost of new LED street lights.

The Snow City Council unanimously approved a loan of $38 million for major repairs. Officials said $15 million will be spent on new LED lights, and the remaining funds will be used for repairs and other services.

Officials said that LED lights will help snow cities save about $3 million a year, and LED lights will also reduce greenhouse gases.

Mayor Ben Walsh said the project is a “very good investment” for taxpayers in Snow City.

Because LED bulbs have the advantages of reducing energy consumption, relatively low maintenance frequency, and long service life, in recent years, many cities in the United States have successively promoted plans to convert traditional bulbs such as high-pressure nano lamps and mercury lamps into LED bulbs.
